Welcome to Cabo Verde

First impression after landing? Not so great. Dark, empty, gloomy. That changed after two days of being here. Cabo Verde is not only beach and desert, but there are also many interesting places on the island. Also, when it comes to diving. I didn’t expect much from diving here – caverns and wrecks but after two diving days I’m seriously impressed. Cabo Verde in my country’s ranking is very close to reaching the top 10.

Bella Italia!

Italy is a very dangerous country. Yes, it is! The food is so great and amazingly delicious that gaining 5 kilos after a two-week stay is more than guaranteed. Hence dangerous as it might cause serious damage to the freshly trained six pack 😛 Although a visit to Italy is worth every gained kilogram. For that reason, I can’ wait for my skiing trip to Italy in December!

Let’s do some sports

Sport is good for you. So, they say… It’s true. Sport is good and done in the right way, it can be very much fun. Injuries can happen, that’s one of the risks while doing sports but hey we are taking risks every day by leaving the house for example. 2021 has been so far one of the most intensive sports years for me. Don’t know why, I probably needed to release some steam 😉

Today is a very special day. One of my closest friends from Hong Kong is celebrating his birthday. I would give everything to be there and take him for a steak dinner and drinks. Unfortunately, that is not possible this year. However, Bro, you know I think of you and send you warm hugs from the other side of the world! Look after your inner child

When I was 10 years old, I thought that people in the age of 30+ are serious, well established and do grown up stuff like going to work or driving a car. Man, little did I know about people in their 30ties by that time. Now I’m 35 myself and sometimes I feel like 7 or 16. Although I do the grown-up stuff like going to work or driving a car, I put all the effort in to keep my inner child alive. Otherwise, life would be so boring.
